Ratings: Gotham Cops Good Numbers — See How Scorpion and Forever Did

Gotham got off to a strong start Monday, but it wasn't as big as Scorpion's.
Following two episodes of The Big Bang Theory, which garnered 17.8 million viewers and a 5.3 in the adults 18-to-49 demographic, Scorpion's own misfit group of geniuses drew 14 million and a 3.3, making it the top series debut of the night.

Fall TV: 14 stars to watch

Fox's Gotham scored 8 million and a 3.2, a solid debut against strong competition, including Big Bang, Dancing with the Stars (12 million, 2.0) and The Voice (12.8 million, 3.9), which slipped more than a point from last fall's premiere. Gotham led into Sleepy Hollow (5.5 million, 2.0), which also fell more than a point from its series premiere last fall, but only dipped two tenths from its season finale.ABC's special series premiere of Forever grabbed 8.2 million and a 1.5. It moves to its regular timeslot on Tuesday at 10/9c.Elsewhere, The Blacklist (12.4 million, 3.4) returned down four-tenths from its series premiere and Under the Dome closed out its second season to 7.6 million and a 1.8.8 p.m.
