Also improving were ABC's Last Resort(7.3 million, 1.7), which inched up a tenth and NBC's Up All Night (3.2 million, 1.4), which jumped three-tenths. Leading out of Up All Night, The Office (4.3 million, 2.0) and Parks and Recreation(3.4 million, 1.6) both hit series lows. Rock Center with Brian Williams(3.4 million, 0.9) was also down, while 30 Rock(3.3 million, 1.3) was steady.Elsewhere on ABC, Grey's Anatomy (9.5 million, 3.3) dropped five-tenths and Scandal (6.4 million, 2.0) was even.On The CW, The Vampire Diaries(2.7 million, 1.2) was down 25 percent and Beauty and the Beast (2.0 million, 0.7) fell a whopping 42 percent.Fox's coverage of Game 4 of the National League Championship Series drew 5.5 million viewers and a 1.48 p.m.
