The Bachelor handed out the final rose to its lowest rating ever.

The Bachelor finale: And the final rose goes to...

Monday's two-hour finale drew 9.1 million viewers and a 2.9 rating in the adults 18-to-49 demo — down almost 40 percent from last March's finale to mark an all-time low. The Bachelor: After the Final Rose special (9.8 million, 3.3) also endured a 30 percent drop vs. last year. But there's still good news for ABC: The finale numbers grew from last week's Women Tell All episode and were a season high. While The Bachelor enjoyed a week-to-week bump, all of the other shows that aired new episodes Monday fell. The Voice (14.3 million, 5.1) hit a season low in the demo and Smash (7 million, 2.4) dropped slightly from a 2.7 last week, but they still secured the win for NBC. Alcatraz (4.9 million, 1.6), meanwhile, slid to series lows in both measures.8 p.m.
