Rainn Wilson Boards Cameron Crowe's Roadies in Guest Role

Cameron Crowe's new Showtime series Roadies is heating up nicely, and things just got way more interesting with the announcement from Showtime that Rainn Wilson will be joining the cast with a guest appearance as Bryce Newman, a famous and narcissistic music journalist. Currently, the series' ensemble already includes the likes of Carla Gugino, Colson Baker a.k.a. Machine Gun Kelly and Ron White.

According to Showtime, "The series chronicles the rock world through the eyes of music's unsung heroes and pays homage to the backstage workers who put the show on the road while touring the United States for the successful arena-level group, The Staton-House Band."
