Police Investigating Justin Bieber Over Laser Tag Incident

Did Justin Bieber go too far in a game of laser tag?

The 16-year-old pop star is under investigation by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police because the father of a 12-year-old boy says Bieber assaulted his son, The Vancouver Sun reports.

Bieber was playing laser tag in Richmond, Vancouver on Friday.

"The boy sustained minimal injuries and did not require medical attention at the time of the incident," police corporal Annie Linteau said in a news release sent to the newspaper.

"We are in the process of interviewing a number of people that saw what might have happened," Linteau said.

An email to Bieber's reps and a phone call to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Department were not immediately returned.
