Marie Osmond's son's death has been ruled a suicide, and no drugs or alcohol were involved, according to the autopsy report by the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office.
Michael Bryan, 18, died from multiple blunt trauma after jumping off the balcony of his eighth-floor L.A. apartment on Feb. 26. He left behind a suicide note, but the coroner's office ordered toxicology tests to rule out drugs or alcohol.
