At least 50 people died in Saturday's shooting
At least 50 people died and dozens more were injured after a gunman opened fire inside Pulse, a gay nightclub in Orlando, Fla. Saturday night.
In the wake of the massacre, several TV stars took to Twitter to express dismay and outrage over what is the deadliest mass shooting in U.S. history. A "Violence on TV" panel that had been planned for Sunday at the ATX television festival in Austin, Texas was canceled. Producers of Sunday's Tony Awards also said they plan to dedicate the ceremony to the victims.

Our thoughts are with the families and friends of those affected. The Tony Awards dedicate tonight's ceremony to them. (2/2)
Here are some of the celebrity reactions:

Stunned and horrified. My heart goes out to all Orlando victims, families and entire community. Unfathomable tragedy.
This is more than than a mass shooting & beyond terrorism. It's hate crime on a micro-genocidal scale, bc that's what assault rifles enable.
Our love and prayers are not enough. GUN. CONTROL. NOW. #LGBTPOWER #Orlando
My heart breaks at the very thought of the victims in Orlando & their families. With my head bowed I send love your way. There are no words
How many people have to die for the Republicans to stop blocking even the mildest reform of US gun laws? pic.twitter.com/D3dsNXvXMA
LAWS not prayers. Let's start with the AR 15 assault rifle. Let's start there.
