Paul Johansson is returning to One Tree Hill both on-screen and off, TVGuide.com has learned. Johansson, who plays villian Dan Scott, will direct an episode for the show's final season. The 47-year-old actor, who's appeared on the CW soap since Season 1, was also recenty promoted back to a series regular.
