Nicole Richie helped her fans get into the Christmas spirit last week by posting a photo of herself at age 4, celebrating Christmas in 1985.

The adorable shot, which Richie put on Instagram on Dec. 24, shows the reality star clad in a frilly red dress, white tights and black Mary Jane shoes, sitting in a rocking chair surrounded by presents and grinning like ... well, like a kid on Christmas.

Richie, now 32, didn't share any details about her 2013 Christmas via social media, but she did post a photo of her dog wearing reindeer antlers and looking disgruntled on Dec. 26, along with the caption "Christmas hangover."
