Real Housewives' NeNe Leakes Opens Up About Nose Job: "I Just Wanted a Tune Up"

Following rabid online speculation, Real Housewives of Atlanta star NeNe Leakes is admitting to having undergone plastic surgery back in April.

Leakes tells People she had a nose job, liposuction, and a breast reduction and lift.

"I'm very comfortable and confident in myself," Leakes, 42, told the magazine. "I just wanted a tune up."

Leakes, who calls herself "vain," had her DD-cup breasts sized down to a D, and weighs 15 pounds less, going from a size 10 to a size 8.

"I still wanted to look like NeNe, the black woman that I am, but a better version," she said. "I love what I did."

Leakes' plastic surgery will be shown on Monday's new episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta.
