ANOTHER MILLIONAIRE

Bernie Cullen, a 30-year-old grad student from Santa Barbara, Calif., became the eighth grand-prize winner Sunday on ABC's Who Wants to Be a Millionaire when he correctly identified "N" as the letter that must appear at the beginning of the registration number for all non-military aircraft in the United States. Cullen is the second Millionaire contestant to hit the jackpot in a week.
