Michael Douglas has one throat cancer treatment remaining, his rep says.
"He's really happy about it ending," Allen Burry tells People.

Douglas has been on eight weeks of chemotherapy and radiation since being diagnosed with Stage IV throat cancer in August. Burry says no further treatments are scheduled after this week and the actor's recovery will take another six weeks. Afterward, Douglas will have periodic check-ups.

While the treatment could make swallowing painful and eating difficult, Douglas, 66, was "determined" not to use a feeding tube and never got one, Burry says.Douglas — who told David Letterman last month that recovery expectations were "good" — has not let the disease slow him down, actively promoting Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps. The sequel has grossed $37 million to date.
