VIDEO: Today Says Goodbye To Meredith Vieira

Wednesday marked Meredith Vieira's final Today show, and she received a fond, elaborate sendoff. Among the long goodbye's productions, Carole King performed "You've Got a Friend," and the staff along with Jimmy Fallon and, curiously, Abe Vigoda, joined together for a rendition of Journey's "Don't Stop Believin'."

Why is Meredith Vieira leaving Today?

The video below represents something more intimate, though: the people Vieira shared the screen with for five years tell her what she means to them. Al Roker, Ann Curry, Natalie Morales and Matt Lauer get emotional as they salute their departing co-worker, and Vieira responds, "I'm putting you all in my heart so I'll never lose you."
