Mega Buzz: What's Up with Bonnie's Obsession with Annalise on How to Get Away with Murder?

Bonnie (Liza Weil) would do anything for Annalise (Viola Davis) on How to Get Away with Murder, including apparently kill.

The tightly-wound associate was revealed to be the one who killed Rebecca on last week's season premiere and showrunner Pete Nowalk plans to use the murder to unpack Bonnie and Annalise's complicated relationship. "We're going to find out more about Bonnie and Annalise's relationship in the first half of the season, how they met and what their backstories are," he tells us. "She takes so much crap from Annalise yet she sticks by her. Why? We'll answer that."

Well, now that we know that Annalise and her college buddy Eve (Famke Janssen) used to date, did she and Bonnie also have something going on? Was Bonnie's thing for Sam just a front? "There is a lot more to [Bonnie] than we've seen," Nowalk teases. "I really wanted this season to be a character study ... and she's going to be one of the big ones."
