In December, former Betty Ford staffer Dawn Holland accused Lohan of pushing her and pulling a telephone out of her hand after Holland confronted the actress about breaking curfew and drinking. Holland later said she didn't want to press charges, but prosecutors continued their investigation.Lohan, 24, still faces a felony grand theft charge over an accusation that she stole a $2,500 necklace from a Venice, Calif., jewelry store. Lohan, who's still on probation from a 2007 DUI case, has pleaded not guilty and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 22.
