The rapper (real name: Dwayne Carter Jr.) pleaded guilty in October to attempted criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree. The charge stemmed from a July 2007 arrest. Wayne — whose sentencing was twice postponed in the past month, first for his dental work, then because of a courthouse fire — could be released in eight months pending good behavior. In the past few months, the 27-year-old rapper, whose latest album, Rebirth, debuted at No. 2 last month, held a "farewell tour." "Law is mind without reason. ...
