David Letterman used some clever trickery to get Lea Michele to open up about the rumored drama between Michele and her Glee co-star Naya Rivera. During Friday's Late Show, Letterman asked Michele about reports that she "knocked someone out" on the set, a rumor he completely made up in order to see how she'd respond.

Michele laughed the whole thing off, but the actress did admit she was irritated by the rumors. "Honestly, it's just really frustrating," Michele said. "I think that the way people like to pit women against each other, not to get so serious, but it's really annoying and it's really sad."
She then told the late-night host that if there ever were a brawl on set, it wouldn't be a secret. "If there were ever really a cat fight on the show you would know about it. Because I would get a ring, I would put Jell-O in it and I would make it fun for everyone and it would be superhot!"
