Kelsey Grammer's Daughter Named Miss Golden Globe

Kelsey Grammer's daughter Greer Grammer has been named Miss Golden Globe 2015, The Hollywood Foreign Press Association announced.

"We are delighted to have Greer Grammer continue the tradition and have her as our 2015 Miss Golden Globe," HFPA President Theo Kingma said in a statement. "She's following in her father's footsteps in becoming a standout actress and we can't wait to see what she does next."

"I am flattered to have been chosen by the HFPA for this year's Miss Golden Globe," said Grammer. "It's truly an honor to be included in this experience that so many incredible men and women have been a part of."

The daughter of the three-time Golden Globe winner and Barrie Buckner, Grammer currently stars on the MTV series Awkward and recently appeared in the indie filmLife Partners.

The 72nd Annual Golden Globe Awards airs live Sunday, Jan. 11 at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT on NBC with hosts Tiny Fey and Amy Poehler.
