Master parodist Jon Stewart delivered a tour de force, extended Glenn Beck impression on Thursday's Daily Show in response to the news that Beck is ending his Fox News show. "Over the past two years I have always promised you that if anything were going to happen that would threaten your very existence on this planet, I would let you know about it in a very melodramatic way, signified in part by changes in seating and lighting," began Stewart's scathing take on Beck. Stewart went onto employ Beck-a-like glasses, a chalkboard and Beck's emphatic, sarcastic school-kid tone. Imitation, in this case, is the greatest form of comedy.
