The newly divorced TLC star was spotted at a New York City restaurant with Star tabloid reporter Kate Major over the weekend, according to Us.

An onlooker told Us that while they didn't appear to be on a date, Major "was flirting shamelessly with Jon."

The swingin'-single Gosselin was also seen over the weekend moving into his new bachelor pad on Manhattan's Upper West Side and strolling through Central Park on his phone.

The 32-year-old father of eight became the center of yet another media firestorm after his trip to St. Tropez, France, with 22-year-old Hailey Glassman. But a source tells Peoplethat the two began their romance only after his divorce papers were filed on June 20.

The source also said to expect to see Glassman and Gosselin spending more time together in Manhattan now that he's rented an apartment there.
