Kate Gosselin plans to take legal action accusing Jon Gosselin of clearing out their joint bank account, leaving her with only $1,000, People reports.

Just days after appearing on Larry King Live, where Gosselin told King that he planned to suspend divorce proceedings, the octo-dad removed hundreds of thousands of dollars from their joint bank account, the magazine reported. A separate account for the Gosselin children was untouched, People said.
Kate Gosselin now plans to take legal action against her estranged husband, accusing him of violating an arbitrator's rules regarding the account.

Production on the TLC series Kate Plus Eight (née Jon & Kate Plus Eight) was suspended last week after Jon Gosselin got a cease-and-desist order to halt production, saying it was no longer in his children's best interests.
