For the fourth year running, Jimmy Kimmel convinced parents around the country to make their children cry by lying about eating all of their Halloween candy.

While some of the children were inconsolable — "You ruined my life!" one child screams — there were a few who were more understanding. "It's OK. It's fine," a boy tells his mom before giving her a hug. "We'll get some more next time," a girl says, without even shedding a tear.
