Jesse James Fighting Legal Battle with Apparel Maker

Jesse James plans to testify in a legal fight he's having with an apparel manufacturer-distributor, according to The Associated Press.

The Monster Garagestar also is expected attend all the proceedings as he defends himself against a lawsuit by Fortune Fashion Industries, which sued James in 2007, claiming he had breached a contract that was worth millions of dollars to produce work wear; he denied that and countersued.

He maintains the company failed to disclose it had no experience creating that kind of clothing, the AP reported, and he spent two days last week listening to jury selection.

On top of that court battle, the 41-year-old owner of West Coast Choppers also faces his upcoming divorce proceedings from estranged wife Sandra Bullock, and is in the middle of a custody battle with ex-wife Janine Lindemulder.
