James Van Der Beek Welcomes Baby Girl

Dawson is a daddy.

James Van Der Beek and his wife, Kimberly Brook, welcomed Olivia Van Der Beek on Saturday, the actor tweeted.

"Had the blessing of becoming a father over the weekend... Couldn't come close to describing this bliss even if I had 140 million characters," he wrote.

This is the first child for the couple who married in early August. Van Der Beek was previously married to actress Heather McComb. Their divorced was finalized in March.
