David Hyde Pierce Reveals Marriage

Emmy- and Tony-winning actor David Hyde Pierce revealed on The View that he and his longtime partner married last fall.
The former Frasier star said Thursday that he and TV producer Brian Hargrove tied the knot "very quietly last October 24th." The couple has been together for 25 years.
The couple's wedding took place a few weeks before California voters passed Proposition 8, which banned gay marriage. That ban was upheld by the California Supreme Court earlier this week, but marriages such as Pierce and Hargrove's, that took place while it was legal, will still be recognized.
Pierce said he was angered by waiting for the court's decision on his marriage, claiming it was none of their business.
Pierce and Hargrove publicly announced they were a couple in 2007.
