"I heard the sad news today this morning," Michael Blakey, Harris' manager, told the magazine. "The split was a mutual decision and the two remain good friends."
Hefner, the 85-year-old Playboy founder who's been married twice before, proposed to Harris on Christmas Eve. Their wedding was going to be televised on Lifetime.
