With superstar Caitlin Clark both expanding the WNBA's popularity and delivering a sensational rookie performance last year, this upcoming season might be the most anticipated in WNBA history. Clark, of course, will be back (contrary to some internet rumors, she did not quit the WNBA for Europe), but so too will A'ja Wilson, Breanna Stewart, Napheesa Collier, Sabrina Ionescu, Kelsey Plum, Brittney Griner, and a host of other players who dominated the league last season. Plus, fans will be treated to the debuts of WNBA rookies like Paige "Buckets" Bueckers and Aneesah Morrow. So, if you're wondering how to watch the WNBA when the season kicks off on May 16, look no further. Here are all the deets.

The WNBA's regular season will begin on May 16, when the best WNBA teams will begin vying for a championship. The New York Liberty won their first-ever title last season and are in a solid position to make another run at the gold. Another team with a returning core of stars, is the Minnesota Lynx, who fell to the Liberty in the finals last year. No doubt the Lynx will be hungry for revenge. The Las Vegas Aces, who fell in the semifinals last season, have added former scoring champ Jewell Loyd from Seattle in a trade that also sent Plum to Los Angeles. With Loyd now partnering with A'ja Wilson, the Aces have good betting odds to go all the way.

Then, of course, there's Clark and the Indiana Fever, who made the playoffs last year for the first time since 2016. Already joined by another young hotshot in Aliyah Boston, the Fever revamped their roster in the offseason, adding veterans like DeWanna Bonner and Natasha Howard. Will these new pieces be enough to complete the puzzle? Can Clark make it to the WNBA finals in only her sophomore season?

To find out, you'll have to watch WNBA games on a wide variety of channels and streaming services this season, including ABC, ESPN, NBA TV, CBS, ION, CBS Sports Network, ESPN3, ESPN Unlimited, WNBA League Pass, Disney+, and Prime Video. That's a lot of places to watch hoops! But luckily, we've broken down all your options so you can decide the best way to access the teams and games that you love.
