Netflix has ordered a third and final season of its horror drama Hemlock Grove, the video-streaming service announced on Tuesday. The 10-episode farewell season is scheduled to debut sometime in 2015.
Returning fall shows: Where we left off
The series, based on the novel by Brian McGreevy, was created by Eli Roth (Cabin Fever, Hostel) and stars Famke Janssen, Bill Skarsgard, Landon Liboiron and Dougray Scott. It follows two young men, one a vampire and one a werewolf, who are wrongly accused of murder when bodies begin turning up in a small Pennsylvania town. Though promoted as a Gothic horror, the series is best known for its WTF moments.
This is the second original series renewal for Netflix in the past week. Late last month, it ordered a second season of the animated comedy BoJack Horseman.
