Dunne will play a foreign correspondent who's interested in writing a story about the company.
Other Season 4 guest stars include Judd Hirsch, Bailey Chase and Chris Messina.
Damages previously aired on FX but will be switching to DirecTV for its fourth season, premiering this summer.
