Greys Anatomy Exclusive: A Huge Shake-Up Is Coming to Grey Sloan

We finally know who Marika Dominczyk (aka Mrs. Scott Foley) is playing on Grey's Anatomy, and she's going to cause a major shakeup!

That's right, there's about to be a bloodbath at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital -- and it doesn't have anything to do with patients on the operating table. It appears that Catherine Avery (Debbie Allen) has made good on her promise from last week to overhaul the residency program.

Enter Dr. Eliza Minnick (Dominczyk), an "education consultant" who arrives at the hospital on Thursday's episode to assess the program. Based on this exclusive clip, all the doctors are in a panic, with good reason.

Rumors are flying about the mysterious Dr. Minnick. Leah (Tessa Ferrer), for instance, has heard through the grapevine that "heads rolled" at the last place that used her services. And Alex (Justin Chambers) is blaming himself for her presence, in the bluntest of terms.
