Over the years, there have been big contenders like Daenerys (Emilia Clarke), Cersei (Lena Headey), and even Jon (Kit Harington). There have also been underdog contenders like Littlefinger (Aiden Gillen), Arya (Maisie Williams), or even Gendry (Joe Dempsie), whose rise to the throne was unlikely but not entirely impossible. Now that we're finally entering the eighth and final season of Game of Thrones, someone's butt has to end up on that ugly chair, and anyone left standing is a major contender.
