The former Gleeguest-star has landed the leading role in Fox's Little Brother pilot. Stamos, best-known for playing Uncle Jesse on Full House, will portray a level-headed man who finds out he has a half brother (T.J. Miller) who happens to be an ex-con.
Mike Royce (Men of a Certain Age) will write and executive-produce alongside Marty Adelstein, Becky Clements, Shawn Levy, Michael Thorn, Fintan Ryan and Jimmy Mulville.
