The 31-year-old caught the attention of authorities when he was seen driving erratically and swerving through South Beach in his two-door Bugatti, according to the police report. The officer that stopped him noticed the rapper's bloodshot eyes, slurred speech and smelled alcohol on his breath.

The office then asked Flo Rida to walk in a straight line. After the second attempt, the rapper said "I can't do this" and said he had had a "few drinks."
