Willow Smith, Jason Derulo, La Roux, Mike Posner, Natasha Bedingfield and Far East Movement will also take part in the Los Angeles segments. Clark, 81, will be watching the ball drop from inside ABC studios, while Ryan Seacrest and new co-host Jenny McCarthy will be live in Times Square.
