Fall TV: CBS Hopes a Vampire P.I. Has Some Bite

CBS' official, bakery-fresh 2007-08 schedule has dismissed The Class, left (Close to) Home and defused Jericho, but shows How I Met Your Mother some Season 3 love. Among the new additions to the lineup (detailed in our intense Hottest Fall TV blog):• The Big Bang Theory (two quantum physicists are wowed by Kaley Cuoco)• Kid Nation, a Lord of the Flies-esque (yikes...) reality series in which unsupervised adolescents, ages 8 to 15, live in a ghost town• Moonlight, about an undead private detectivePerhaps of greater note is the relocation of heavy hitters Without a Trace (now bound for Thursdays at 10 pm) and Shark (leading out of Cold Case, Sundays at 10).Old Christine and Amazing Race earned mid-season returns.
