Emmy Nominations: Sopranos Out with a Bang, Betty Sits Pretty

Nominations for the 59th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards were announced Thursday morning, and HBO's The Sopranos (15 nods) along with ABC's Ugly Betty (11) came away as the most-recognized drama and comedy series, respectively. HBO's Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee, though, heads into the "eco-friendly and carbon-neutral" (Fox boasts) Sept. 16 ceremony with the most noms of anyone (17), trailed closely by AMC's Broken Trail (16).
