After a 10-year absence, Dolly Parton is in negotiations to make her film comeback opposite Randy Quaid in the comedy Frank McKlusky, C.I., according to The Hollywood Reporter. Comic Dave Sheridan has already been cast in the title role, an insurance claims investigator who takes his job a little too seriously. Parton and Quaid would play his eccentric parents.
