NCIS' David Dayan Fisher was booked on felony battery charges Thursday for allegedly attacking his neighbor during a dispute over pool towels, according to E! Online.
The actor allegedly struck and choked his neighbor during an argument over whether pool towels had been hung up. The neighbor was sent to the hospital to undergo tests; Fisher was sent to jail.
Fisher's rep has yet to release a statement on the matter.
