Court Rep: Arraignment Scheduled for Jackson's Doctor

An indictment may be imminent for Michael Jackson's personal physician: A court spokeswoman exclusively tells TV Guide Network's Hollywood 411 that Dr. Conrad Murray will be arraigned on Friday.

Murray, who treated Jackson before his death in June, would have to be charged before he can be given a chance to enter a plea at his arraignment. But a court representative told Hollywood 411 that the arraignment has already been slated for Friday afternoon at a Los Angeles airport courthouse.

Jackson's doctor breaks silence

Prosecutors declined to comment Wednesday on when and if Murray could be charged. Miranda Sevcik, a spokeswoman for Murray's legal team, told Hollywood 411 that Murray's attorneys have not heard from the court and have no knowledge of any scheduled arraignment.
