Keck's Exclusives: Guys With Kids Stages Cosby Reunion
NBC is reviving their comedy bonanza of the '80s — sorta. An upcoming episode of Guys With Kids will find the Marny character, played by former Huxtable kid Tempestt Bledsoe, reuniting with her sister Bridget. And who has the show's shrewd casting director hired to play Bridget? Bledsoe's Cosby Show costar....
NBC is reviving their comedy bonanza of the '80s — sorta. An upcoming episode of Guys With Kids will find the Marny character, played by former Huxtable kid Tempestt Bledsoe, reuniting with her sister Bridget. And who has the show's shrewd casting director hired to play Bridget? Bledsoe's Cosby Show costar Keshia Knight Pulliam has won the role.
Pulliam, now 33, played youngest daughter Rudy on Bill Cosby's 1984-92 sitcom, while Bledsoe, who turns 40 this summer, played Vanessa.
Bridget is described as Marny's fun and irresponsible baby sister who comes to town for a few days on the heels of a bad break up. The episode has yet to be scheduled.
