Dane Cook's Half Brother Ordered to Pay $12 Million in Restitution

Dane Cook's half brother and sister-in-law were ordered by the Massachusetts attorney general's office to repay the comedian $12 million after they pleaded guilty to stealing from him, according to ABC News.

Darryl and Erika McCauley were accused of embezzling money from Cook when Darryl was working as his business manager. The couple bought a home in York Beach, Maine, and invested in a hotel and restaurant there. The couple's assets will be tallied by the court.

Darryl was sentenced to five to six years in prison on charges including 27 counts of larceny in October, and Erika sentenced to two-and-a-half to three years in prison on charges including two counts of larceny.
