Returning Fall Shows: Where we left off
In the early morning hours of Feb. 10, Kattan was driving westbound on the 101 freeway in Los Angeles when he rear-ended a Caltrans vehicle. The crew had the right lane blocked off for maintenance at the time of the incident. No Caltrans workers were injured in the crash.
Frank Mateljian of the City Attorney's Office told CBS that a hearing to determine how much Kattan may owe the state for the damage to the Caltrans vehicle is scheduled for Sept. 16.
