TV Guide Network is counting down the good, the bad, and the scandalous in its upcoming special Hollywood 411: The Year in Cheers & Jeers Presented by Kay Jewelers.

Chris Harrison hosts the one-hour special, which chronicles the most memorable moments of the year, whether they made people rant or rave —  from Tiger Woods and Charlie Sheen's marital troubles to the resurgence of '80s icons Betty White and Tom Selleck to the shocking reality TV moments involving a parade of teen moms, polygamists and one bachelorette in particular.

"Now that I look back, it's been a crazy year," Harrison says. "You've got a little old school with Tom Selleck and Betty White, a little new school with teen moms and a royal wedding. It runs the gamut."
