The charismatic actor, whose acclaimed Fox drama Lone Star was shot down after only two episodes, has rocketed back with recurring roles on a pair of cult-favorite series. He's a wealthy suitor who's pursuing Fiona (Emmy Rossum) on Showtime's Shameless and the seemingly perfect new boyfriend of Max (Adam Pally) on ABC's Happy Endings.He's also been cast in USA Network's summer drama Political Animals, in which he'll play the son — and chief of staff — of an ex-Senator-turned-Secretary of State.
