The nephew of Anjelica Huston — and grandson of John Huston — made a harrowingly brilliant debut on the Halloween-night episode of HBO's sprawling gangster drama as Richard Harrow, a disfigured sniper who joined forces with fellow World War I veteran Jimmy Darmody (Michael Pitt) in Chicago. Even with half his face shielded by a metal mask, Huston managed to create a fully fleshed-out character. And his role grows more riveting in upcoming weeks when Harrow accompanies Jimmy back to Atlantic City.
Huston has heretofore made more headlines for his real-life romance with So You Think You Can Dance host Cat Deeley than his work in Eclipse and Eastwick. But with a lead role as a New Jersey rocker in Sopranos creator David Chase's upcoming, untitled big-screen directorial debut, Huston is definitely on the road to making a name for himself.
Did Jack Huston catch your eye on Boardwalk Empire?
