Pilot Season: Harry Potter's Rupert Grint to Star in CBS' Super Clyde

Harry Potter's Rupert Grint has landed the leading role on CBS' comedy pilot Super Clyde, TVGuide.com has learned.

Grint will play the titular character, a meek and unassuming fast food worker who decides to become a superhero. Clyde has no actual super powers and is described as an obsessive comic book reader. But when Clyde gets an unexpected windfall of $100,000 a month from his dead eccentric uncle, he decides to use the money for good.

Besides playing Ron Weasley in the Potter franchise, Grint's credits include Cherrybomb and Driving Lessons.
