Pilot Season: CBS Picks Up Comedy Pilot from Louis C.K., Spike Feresten

CBS is getting in business with Louis C.K.

The network has ordered an untitled comedy pilot written and executive-produced by the Louiestar and Spike Feresten. The project centers on an ensemble of young people trying to achieve their creative dreams in tough financial times. Gail Berman, Lloyd Braun and Gene Stein will also executive-produce.

CBS previously picked up comedy pilots for Super Fun Night from Bridesmaids' Rebel Wilson, Tweaked from Jon Favreau, an untitled Nick Stoller project, Friend Me from Raising Hope's Alan Kirschenbaum, Partners, from Emmy winners David Kohan and Max Mutchnick, and an untitled project from Greg Malins and Greg Berlanti.
