Carrie Underwood ruled Wednesday's CMT Awards, taking home three trophies to become the most honored artist in the show's history with 13 career wins.

Underwood, who made her first televised appearance since becoming a mom, won Video of the Year and Female Video of the Year for "Something in the Water," and Collaborative Video of the Year with Miranda Lambert for "Somethin' Bad."

"This is my first awards show since little Isaiah has been in the world," Underwood said. "I'm sure he's napping on the bus right now, but I should definitely say that he has already inspired me so much as well as has my husband, Mike."
