Bull Loses Its Expert Hacker Cable Ahead of Season 3

It looks like Team Bull is going to have to find another way to hack their way past complex security systems in order to gather intel on their courtroom opponents. Cable McCorry, the cool hat-wearing hacker with a heart of gold, will not return to Bullfor Season 3.

According to TVLine, actress Annabelle Attanasio is launching her first feature film which conflicts with filming the show. As a result, she's stepping down from her role as Cable in order to pursue the big project."While I will miss Cable dearly, I am so thrilled about this new chapter in my career, and am forever grateful to the show for supporting me on my creative journey. I loved my time on the show, and feel so lucky to have the support of the show's producers, CBS, and most of all, my unbelievable cast mates," she said in a statement per Deadline.

Bull almost lost another team member this past season when Marissa (Geneva Carr) toyed with the idea of resigning. However, she changed her mind at the last minute and will be back for the upcoming season. And while the rest of Team Bull will remain intact, they may have to move forward without their leader. Season 2 ended on a massive cliffhanger with Bull (Michael Weatherly) collapsing on the court steps, suffering from an apparent heart attack. Although his fate has yet to be revealed, we're pretty sure he is going to survive.

Bull returns for Season 3 on Monday, Sept. 24 at 10/9c on CBS.
