Report: Brooke Mueller Refuses Court-Ordered Drug Test

Brooke Mueller has a refused to take a court-ordered drug test, TMZ reports. The procedure is a mandate set by her child-custody agreement with ex-husband Charlie Sheen.

When authorities arrived at Mueller's home for the scheduled test on Friday, Mueller's lawyer informed them that she would not be taking it. Refusal constitutes as a failed test.

Judge grants Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller divorce

It is unclear how Sheen and his lawyers will respond.

Sheen and Mueller's divorce was finalized in February and becomes official May 2. They have 2-year-old twin boys, Max and Bob.
